COMPETITION TIME

When it comes to accepting our services we can set up a monthly Direct Debit plan for you. We use a company called GoCardless, this means all your details are safe and secure as we do not hold any information ourselves. We simply send you an Email link. Follow the instructions and then we take care of the rest. You can also pay cash on each visit or by cheque. Any invoice or receipt will be sent to you via email unless requested in another format. You are under no obligation to stay for a year. If at anytime you wish to cancel your subscription with us then just let us know. Any money outstanding from either party would need to be cleared.  If you wish to sign up on a Pay As You Go basis, then we will invoice you on each visit. Any offers you receive during the year is dependent on the plan you are on. If you are one of our annual subscribers, then you instantly qualify for offers and competition prizes we may be offering at that time. If you are a Pay As You Go customer, then you will not qualify for any offers but could still claim a prize win. All competitions will be held on our Facebook page so make sure you LIKE and FOLLOW us to be in with a chance to win. Any work carried out must be paid within a 7 day period. After 7 days of non payment received, a fee of £25.00 will be charged to the outstanding invoice. This process will be carried out for 21 days. After 21 days it will be handed to a debt collection agency and could effect your credit score. We may ask for a 40% deposit on some jobs before any work is carried out. If the work is of high value we will apply this deposit to ensure materials are covered and that we can secure your work slot on our calendar.
